INTRODUCTION
CashLand ("CashLand," "we," "us," or "our") provides services that allow users to earn rewards through activities available within the CashLand mobile application ("App"), collectively referred to as the "Services." By accessing and using these Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to follow these Terms of Use ("Terms").

Collection and Use of Your Data
By using CashLand, you agree to the collection, storage, and transmission of the following personal data:
  • Installed apps on your device (including usage duration and history)
  • Usage data for activities within the app (click and start history)
  • Registration details (IP address, Device ID, PayPal email)
  • Location information (both precise and approximate)
  • Camera Access (for identity verification via face scanning)
  • Notification Permissions (to receive reward updates)
  • Survey information (name, address, date of birth)
  • Personalized Ad data (cookies, IDs)
  • Attribution data (User Agent, AD ID, Device ID)
This information is collected to enable the following features in the CashLand app:
  • Rewards for playtime through CashLand partners
  • Earnings through completing surveys
  • Video-based rewards and bonuses
  • App analytics and user attribution via tracking services
  • Face verification to confirm user identity for payouts
  • QR code functionalities for friend referrals
  • Secure PayPal payouts with anti-fraud measures
  • Marketing efforts for analytics and user growth
Device IDs (GAID or IDFA) are securely encrypted and transmitted to our servers. For billing and service provision, your device ID may be shared with partners. Users may voluntarily upload screenshots of their device for monitoring app activity and reward eligibility, and these images are processed and stored securely in our system.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and CashLand and apply globally to all users. By using our Services, you agree to the following responsibilities:
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Acknowledge that CashLand holds no liability for your usage.
  • Understand that you cannot bring claims against us individually or as part of a class or representative action.
  • If you disagree with these Terms, you must stop using CashLand immediately. Non-compliance may lead to account termination or legal consequences.
ELIGIBILITY
Our Services are available only to individuals aged 18 years or older. CashLand is not intended as a substitute for employment, and you are responsible for your actions within the App and on the Website.

USER CONDUCT
By using the Services, you agree not to:
  • Access, copy, store, or use any part of the App, Website, or Services for anything other than personal use.
  • Distribute, disclose, sell, rent, or share the Services with third parties.
  • Create derivative works based on our Services.
  • Circumvent our security measures or account suspensions.
  • Access the Services through unauthorized interfaces.
  • Mirror or frame any aspect of the Services.
  • Abuse the Services or breach these Terms.
Any attempts to engage in the above activities or to encourage others to do so are strictly prohibited.

UPDATES TO TERMS
CashLand reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice. Changes may include updates, additions, or deletions ("Updates"). We will update the "Last Updated" date at the bottom of these Terms and post the revised version on our Website or App. Users will not receive individual notifications of changes.
By continuing to use the Services after updates, you accept and agree to the updated Terms. If you disagree with the revised Terms, please discontinue using the Services immediately.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
CashLand’s Services are a product of significant investment and effort, representing valuable intellectual property and trade secrets of CashLand. Any violations of our intellectual property may be pursued legally.
You are encouraged to share feedback or suggestions for improving our Services ("Feedback"). Feedback can be submitted via email to [email protected]
CashLand may also request feedback directly through the App or Website. You agree that all Feedback becomes the exclusive property of CashLand, and you assign all rights in such Feedback to us.

WARRANTIES, DISCLAIMERS, LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION
By using CashLand, you warrant that:
  • You have the authority to agree to these Terms.
  • You control the rights necessary to provide information and grant the rights specified here.
  • You will not violate any laws or regulations while using CashLand.
  • You will not cause CashLand to breach any laws or regulations or infringe on third-party rights.
  • You will provide accurate, current account information.
Disclaimer:
Except as expressly provided herein, the Services are offered "as-is" and "as-available," without any warranties. CashLand is not liable for the accuracy of the Services or the content of any external sites linked to our platform. All claims for damages are excluded.
You may request payouts to your PayPal account after meeting eligibility requirements. CashLand may adjust payout thresholds at its discretion, and reserves the right to modify or deny payout requests. CashLand may terminate this agreement or restrict further use of the App or Website without explanation.
By using CashLand, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless CashLand, its affiliates, and service providers from any claims, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Services. You also acknowledge that earnings on CashLand may be taxable in your jurisdiction.

RULES
To qualify for rewards, users must follow each survey’s instructions and meet minimum thresholds. Payouts are unlimited, and CashLand’s loyalty program complies with the Google Play Developer Program Policy, effective March 1, 2021.

PRIVACY POLICY
These Terms include the CashLand Privacy Policy, which is available at https://cashland.pro/privacy
CashLand may update the Privacy Policy periodically. If you disagree with any updates, stop using CashLand Services immediately.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia.
